Headlight Bucket Plugs

I took another look at the 1965 AIM, and now cannot find any mention of the plastic plugs for the headlight buckets. I also looked at the 1965 TIM&JG, and also found no mention.
I know that I saw them mentioned somewhere, but where?

Hi Joe,
I have a 65 that I have had since December 1965 and it has opague color plastic plugs in the headlight buckets.
