66 Vette wiper motor removal and replacement

I am restoring my dash and while it is out of the car would like replace the wiper motor. Where can I find instructions on the removal and replacement of the wiper motor. It looks like I have to remove the speaker and I don't know what else to get at the motor. Any help would be appreciated.

the fastners holding the wiper motor to the firewall can be reached from the cockpit side of the firewall. don't recall the need to remoive the radio speaker. good luck, mike
