C3...Plastic door waterproofing

I had to take the door panel off a 70 today to do some adjustments. The plastic water barrier was just hanging inside the door panel. The black sealant, "dum-dum" or is it called butyl, strip needs replacing. The "stickiness" is gone and the product is dried out. Is this product still commercially available? If so where might I buy it? TIA.........

3M Strip Caulk works very good for this application. It can be found a major auto parts stores, NAPA, Carquest, O'Reilly's, etc
