What is different between roadster and coupe door panels? Thanks in advance, Jack Jagello

Top seal (whisker stainless)

It's about 31" long in the convertible, and a little over 26" for the coupe. The shorter length in the coupe allows for the panel vinyl edge to blend with the forward and rear door pillars.

There may be other differences.

Wayne. I just measured my coupe's top seal and as you said it's 26 5/8" long. I guess I would really like to know if you replaced the convertible's longer(31")top seal with the coupe's shorter top seal would the door panel work in a coupe? But again you said there may be other differences. Anyone else care to contribute? Thanks again.

As far as '63/'64 panels go, the location of the cutout for the vent window regulator is different. If you look at the back of the panel, you will see the circular cutout along with a portion of the location for the "other" option. This will be an un-punched perforated line offset from the punched hole. Off the top of my head, I don't remember which location is which - sorry.

You can NOT interchange. The rear is shaped to fit the door upright. This would leave a hole on the convertible not covered.
