    2 problems...Help

I have been cleaning up my 1966 427 convertible and ren in to two problems I need help with:
    1) How do you remove the headlight switch from the dash. I have a know and shaft but can;t get the old one out.
    2) My windsheld wipers hit eachother when the are at the bottom of their cycle. Is there an adjustment for that. Which should be on top driver or passenger side?

    Thanks in advance,
    Dave

    Dave:

Problem 1. :After disconnecting the battery, pull the light knob out to the second stop (headlamps). Get under the dash, and depress the release button on the switch, to disengage the lock from the triangular shaft. Withdraw the shaft. Carefully unscrew the special, slotted retainer ring, and remove switch.

Problem 2. :If the clearance problem is minor, then the oval head screws on top of each wiper arm gives about five degrees rotational adjustment to each arm. The passenger side arm rests on top of the drivers' side.
