what could you use to keep your stock exhaust looking new. I have a set of over the counter OEM exaust on the car now an it has the bends an flats like orginal. is there any thing that I could spray on the pipes to keep them from rusting, like a oil that would need to be resprayed on the pipes after a run? are is there a high temp paint that would look good on the pipes.

If they're carbon steel, I'm not aware of anything you can put on them to keep them from rusting that won't burn off anyway, including paint. The paint is even worse than nothing, as it burns, flakes off, and looks terrible.
