I'm doing a rebuild/restore of my 76, L-48.
I have gutted the dash and interior, and removed the heater box from the interior last night.
I had real trouble trying to get the evaporator/blower housing out.
I had to seperate it into two pieces while in the engine compartment to get it out.
I have the AIM and the Service manual for my car, but would like to get some 'real world' advice on how folks in the past have put the evaporator box back in...in two pieces or already assembled?
I'm hoping to not have to pull the engine to do this...
