I made my share of the phone calls registering for VH1's contest. The one thing about this is that I heard that while there was a Corvette for every year, they were Corvettes, and that was the extent of it. Nothing particularly rare, not even necessarily original or all stock.

Still, I would never turn it down, any of it.

I had heard that the winner of 1989 VH-1 Corvette give-away (one Corvette of each year) had sold the entire collection to Peter Max, who was planning on painting each of these cars in his own personal artistic style (YUCK!). Let's pray that he never gets around to completing this project.
