Your post isn't clear "Is someone looking for a '66 voltage regulator". If you're looking for a buyer for a part you have for sale, this is the wrong forum to post a solicitation on. NCRS has a bi-monthly magazine (Driveline) where members post parts wanted/parts for sale ads free of charge.
If you're looking to purchase a voltage regulator for a '66 Corvette, the correct part is a Delco Remy 1119515 and they were date coded (XA) where X= numeric, last digit of year and A= alpha, month of year. These parts were WIDELY used on other GM passenger cars & trucks from the era and can be obtained from scrap yard sources pretty easily.
