64 hubcap paint

Anyone know of a paint that is a good match for restoring the "frosted" parts of a 64 hubcap. I found several references to 65's in the archives (they suggest a NAPA cast iron and elf etching primer) but nothing specific for the 64'

Thanks for the response, my problem is they won't ship out of the US...anyone know of a close generic equivalent?...
