Well, actually there are three problems I'm seeing. The third: if I interrupt a post I've clicked on before it has been fully received, by clicking on another post, nothing changes on the screen except for getting the "document: done" message at the bottom of the Netscape screen. Thereafter I can't get the screen to change... clicking on any bulletin board post just renews the "document: done" message.


Using bookmarks to go to another website works fine, but I can't ever get back to NCRS bulletin board without bouncing Netscape AND the line connection. And, I just re-verified that simply bouncing Netscape won't clear it up, I have to bounce the line connection as well.

I don't think the white screen problem is in any way related to your browser or connection. Bouncing the Browser and the Connection just use up enough time for the server to regain its senses. If you just wait about 10 to 15 minutes it will be working again. I have had it happen to me numerous times. I really don't know who long between times that it screws up. But I do know that it takes 10 or 15 minutes for it to recover.


Hopefully our servers tech support people are working on the problem as I right this.
