I have a 3811 carb. The GM part number is 3906633-EQ. Does that number have any significant meaning ?? The carb is dated 751 which I know is 1967 May 1st week. My car is a June build 1967 car that I am trying to make as correct as possible. Thanks for any help in advance. Mike Chase

The Perfect Carb for your car if
the EQ is actually EO and you have a standard transmission w/o AIR (EO is for a 427/390 Corvette or a 396/375 Camaro). Metering block number should be 4796 and the fuel bowls have non-externally adjustible floats. The date code of 751 is the latest I've seen (hoping someone will disagree) in Holley carbs for 1967. I'm working on restoration of a 3810 751 right now as a replacement for a June 29, 1967 327/300 (VIN 22049). The carb has the same finish as your brake booster and I can give you some advice on refinishing it. What's your VIN, it most be close to mine.
