    Nice Time at Golden Gate

For my first NCRS event. Met some really nice people and I love the Sportsman ribbon.

I made it home to Sonora (125 miles) in 2 hr 15 minutes in my 67/327/300/3.08.
Averaged 15 mpg up and down to Berkeley. I really wasn't pushing it going home and didn't pass any Honda's. But when "Hotel California" came on the FM, the Honda's were gone, but a late model Chevy pickup gave me a lot of respect.

Hey, if anybody found a black Corvette windbreaker with a hat and pair of Serengetis in the pocket, please email me. I left it in the lounge Saturday afternoon.

Nice meeting you Gerard, I made it home in 4hr 50min 347mi. SF to LA. About 80 all the way, the speed limit was 70 so I was getting out of the way of lots of cars.
