    Semi-flat v. Semi-gloss Black (C2)

I have used John Deere blitz black for engine compartment items that should be painted semi-flat black and like the way it looks. Is this the correct sheen for the dash cluster, glove box door and steering column jacket? Or should a true semi-gloss black be used for these and other black interior pieces?

I have been to a few NCRS judging meets and yes it is important,The correct gloss will either let you retain points or if it is incorrect you will lose points. if you plan on ever having your car judged, otherwise do what you want.
