    French locks, spacer and bracker on 69

    Is the correct order on the exhaust manifold installation bolt head, french lock, ignition shield bracket and washer on a 69 sb?

      ...it is bolt head, locking device, washer/spacer, shielding bracket.

          I finally found it in AIM about five pages from the back.

          It shows bolt head, french lock, ignition shielding bracker, spacer and then exhaust manifold.
