73 454 needed will this block work

My 1973 car has D22 on the trim plate, so is that is Nov 22? therefore would this block work.

Block #3999289 ( this seems to be the correct part number)
D-3 72 ID (no idea what this means, I think it means april which makes it 8 months before my car was built.)
Heads 3999241 (this seems to be the correct part number)

If you are going for originality, the eight mont spread is out of what NCTS uses as a normal window, which is six months. Actual spread is more like the ten days to four weeks. It can be a little closer, but remember the 454 was cast and assembled in Tonawanda and then shipped to St. Louis. You might see engines a day or two closer in cars, but I think that it would be pushing it.
