Stepehen, I wouldn't hesitate to recomend Bill Hodel at 330-832-0871. I bought my entire system from him. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for!

      Hi Stepehen:

Expect to pay about $1,000 for a complete system professionally restored, and to think we used to throw those systems in the trash...as well as fuelie units in the late sixties, please don't yell at me guys, if you were a hot rodder you have seen someone do it too.

        STEPHEN,

Congratulations! I would also suggest that you get the 72 AIM and 72 TM for your new purchase as well. Those will outline the systems and components well. Bill Hodel, as mentioned is a good recommendation. I would hope that you would spend only $1000 for the complete AIR set up. Seems I've seen them going for around $3000. Maybe that was more for a late 60's set up though. TBarr #24014

FYI, Hodel charged me 700$ for my 71 LT-1 complete system. It was a perfect unrestored , dated system. Bob

            Bob,

That's certainly good news. I haven't had the pleasure to have to buy one, just sort of spot checked them occasionally. Hopefully what I saw was just an off-the-wall price. TBarr #24014

Another recommendation for Bill Hodel. I needed EVERYTHING for my 69 427/400. I bought an entire restored system from Bill...every nut and bolt...every bracket. It cost about $950.00, including UPS. It was absolutely immaculate, and performs flawlessly. Chuck
