were the factory black anodized grills installed as is or painted black. If painted, front side only or both front and back, thanks ED

Can the anodizing be "freshened"?
Just curious if anyone knows if the black anodizing can be freshened and if so who does it? My grill appears a bit faded but is in otherwise very good shape.Comment

There's an outfit in Troy that specializes in aluminum anodizing - they did a lot of parts for me when I built my Grand Sport; don't have the name handy, but they're in the Yellow Pages.Comment
