One shop you may want to try is A&R Corvette Service in Patteron NY which is near the Danbury area. I have known them for 30 yrs. They do excellent work.

Peter Sklatt from Village Vettes painted my 1970 coupe in 1973, I was very pleased with his work. If I still lived in CT, I would have him paint my 65 roadster. Give him a call go check out his shop, he usually has some good projects going so you can see his work.

Corvette Repair Shop
Thanks to this post I got a chance to find a (new to me) Corvette Shop.
Village Vette, owned and operated by Peter Sklat.
Just on a wim I stopped by his place today in Glastonbury. He has a teriffic setup. Presently working on three - 59's all in different stage of repair. One 59FI was a 16 option car including electric top. A real beauty. He said if he can finish the car in time it would be at the Meriden NCRS meet in the spring. Hope he is able to finish on time. From what I could see the man is meticulous. He maitains a well organized shop, is very Corvette knowledgeable and general good guy.Comment
