Is the 1962 air cleaner the same for the 250 hp, 300 hp, 340 hp engines?
What material is the eylet which holds both top pieces together made of, copper, steel, aluminum, or brass?

55 to 57 large air cleaner uses NONE if original

All three engines used the same air cleaner (5648423).

The eyelet that holds the flamer arrestor and flame arrestor retainer to the underside of the air cleaner lid is brass.
