      '69 Front Caliper Bracket to Steering Knuckle Upper Bolt Torque?
      I didn' t find this in any of my manuals.... maybe I looked on the wrong pages.

          If you're talking about the large 11/16"-16 X 7/8" brake anchor bolt, the torque specified by GM for that bolt is 120 lb/ft.
