Would appreciate a referral for an NCRS C2 (1966) judge in the Raleigh, NC area. I'd like to hire one to look at a car for me.

Regarding my request, I have learned that the car I was wondering about has a decked engine stamping pad, so I'm not interested in it now, but it was a candidate.
