FI Unit

I could use some help in identifying a FI that I came across. The body tag has p/n 7014900R, Ser# 1618, manifold #3748947, and some what I think are meter #s 7014922 and 7014780. I also have a distributor that may go with it Model #1110914, Ser 9K19. Thanks for your help.

I'm not an expert in the C-1 fuel injection system however I do have acces to the following information. 7014900R was used in 58 and 59 for the 283 ci 290 hp application. The distributor 1110914 was also used for the 58 and 59 290 hp application.
