C3 Chalk Mark 190

I'm replacing the underbody blanket insulation beneath the driver/passenger floor on my '69 Vette. When I removed the insulation from the passenger side there's a chalk mark of 190 on the floor. Does anybody know what 190 means?

That's the Body Shop sequential "job number"; not related to the VIN.
