"66" Surge Tank Restoration

Hello, I have a Surge Tank on my "66" that has a few dings and generally needs a restoration. Anyone know who might tackle these?

Throw it away and buy a new one. Price of a new one does not exceed the cost of repairing and restoring the old one.

Thanks J.R. but it is a numbers matching tank and using a new one without numbers isn't an option.

Purchase good firecrackers. Put plugs with clamps on the water hose outlets of the tank. Do not clamp off the overflow stem. Find a "known" good 15# radiator cap. Light firecracker, drop 1 firecracker into expansion tank, quickly install radiator cap, remove tank from hands, BOOM, dents removed from tank.

Larger dents may require 2 firecrackers. As for the cosmetics of the exterior of the tank, you are on your own!
