Hi, I am not fimilar with C1 parts. I came across a voltage regulator that appears to be from a 1950's early 1960's car.Can anyone help me identitfy this regulator. On the base is the following information; 1119 003E 6H 12VN.Thanks for any help,Lou.

Replacement part--001 and 002 were 57-62 regulator numbers. Probably a 1966-built over the counter replacement--they are EVERYWHERE. Very little value--sorry for the not-so-great news. -

I keep seeing people buying so called 53 to 56 Corvette VR on E-Bay because the seller said original. But they don't look like the original see pic. where the cover screws go through the cover, (original) but the sellers parts are dated right. Many people don't know what it should look like and BUY!

I dont know the correct numbers for 58, but if it needs repair many shops charge about $25.00 to calibrate itComment
