Screw Driver GM#3855238

What Corvettes were supplied with the GM#3855238 screw driver? This was supplied with the 65 Chevelle Z16 along with "tag - screw driver instruction" #3878562. No other car other than Corvette and Z16 received it, I believe.

Was it used for wheelcovers? My guess is that certain Corvette wheelcovers didn't respond well to the back end of the lug wrench - apparently Chev thought this true for the Z16 wheel cover as well.

Screw drivers were supplied with the optional wheels to remove the starburst cover.
