Could some please explain the differences between the 61-62 and 58-60 radio antennas?

I'm a novice when it comes to antennas. From what I have garnered from the experts, the antennas are very different in mast and lower configuration.
My '58 had a '62 antenna, and when I purchased a repop, they were indeed dramatically different. I also was told that 61 & 62 were slightly different. Rather than try to describe the differences, look at CC's catalogue page 25 and Paragon's catalogue page 71. As per the specific technical and cosmetic differences, hopefully others on this board will give advice.
