1967 Power Steering

Was power steering and/or air conditioning available in '67 big block cars? The "Corvette Black Book" links those options to only the small block engine codes. Could it be that no effort was made to link those options to the big blocks, or were they just not offered? Thanks in advance.

A/C was available on 390hp and 400hp cars (not on L-71's), and power steering was available with any engine.
