    Dick,

    I believe the #1111263 was the NASCAR distributor, ball bearings (no bushings) and no vacuum advance, it carried quite a hefty price back then, somewhere in the $1600.00 neighborhood so I have been told, they are on ebay pretty much on a daily basis, not bringing quite that much money anymore....HN

      the ball bearing one was for the 2 gear drive reverse rotation BB cam because the thrust on the distributor shaft was downward instead of upward like the std distributor.you can use them on a std rotation cam just by changing the bottom gear.

        I think that you are right about the 263 distributor. My memory is failing me. I have had many distributors of both numbers and Stevie Wonder could see I was confused.

          I sold both my 1111927 TI distributors to a guy in San Francisco who (reportedly) has two real ZL-1 Camaros, I assume the Corvette TI was used there as well. HN

            He must have wanted them for a modification - the ZL-1 Camaros used the same electronic tach as any other Camaro.
