I was recently asked about some aluminum heads and intake , the # for heads 4011077, and intake # 3933163 ,,i was hoping i had found a set for my vehicle 69 BB , but the #s did not mmet with my literature . Can you tell me what they do belong to ?

The head casting number is 14011077. This was a SERVICE-only big block aluminum cylinder head that replaced all earlier open chamber, rectangular port cylinder heads. It's configured generally like the original heads, but it was never used on any PRODUCTION car, whatsoever. It was discontinued about 10 years ago.
The GM #3933163 was used on 1968 and 1969 SHP big blocks in most Chevrolet models EXCEPT Corvette. It is similar to the manifolds used for 1965-66 Corvettes with L-78 and L-72. It is still available in SERVICE to this very day.In Appreciation of John Hinckley -
