    C3 Power steering valve

    Does anyone have a diagram of a power steering valve they could fax me. I "rebuilt" mine but have the proverbial washer left over. I also want to make shure of the sequencing of the parts. The valve was working before I rebuilt it but once inside it looks like someone else messed with it already.

    Anyway, any help would be appriciated.

      I think if you go to www.corvettefaq.com, click on the steering section, that you will find the appropriate information under control valve. Jim Shea wrote virtually all of the steering faqs there and is quite the expert. He retired fairly recently as an engineer with the company that built most of our steering components and has access to a huge volume of tech data.

He retired fairly recently as an engineer with the company that built most of our steering components and has access to a huge volume of tech data.

                              I think thank could be it. However, I don't want to put the whole thing back together with out being 100% sure. I am doing a frame off on my '72 BB and it will be a year before I get to test my work.....
