    C2 - 63 Washer Pump Rebuild

Greetings all, I'm in the process of rebuilding my washer pump. Finished the diaphragm and just about to install the nozzle when I decided to lookup how the nozzle is positioned. After looking at the Shop Manual, AIM, Noland Book and a few on Ebay, they are all installed differently.

Question is, what is the correct way to install the nozzle on a 63 pump. Water input side up, down, right (cowl side) or left (towards the front of the car)

    Thanks

    Harry

When all is done and installed in the car, the center nozzle should be forward, the outer nozzles should be at top and bottom to the rear, all facing the driver's side.

If you looked at it from the driver's side fender, you would see this:

    top
    ----------
    | O |
    front | |
    of | O |
    car | |
    | O |
    ----------
    bottom

    Hope that helps.
