1967 Convertible Sunvisor Question

A quick question to the Corvette gods:


On a 1967 (late) convertible, are the sunvisor pivot screws (that go through the sunvisor) inserted with the screw head down (toward passengers) or upward (towards roof?)


Are there significant differences between the reproduction & GM sunvisors?

My car has them so that when the sunvisor is in "up out of the way" position the screws have their points up (digging into/scratching the stainless trim around the top of the windshield). Maybe mine were just tightened too much.
