'69 Vette 2ndFlight Award

I'm interested in purchasing a '69 Vette and the gentleman said it was inspected a few years ago and received the 2ndFlight Award by NCRS. Is there a database to see how this Vette stacked up and can anyone shed some light on the caliber of this inspection? I've included the link for people to view if wanted.

Thanks for any help or guidance. I currently live in Tampa, FL and am looking for a '69-'72 if anyone knows of one for sale in or around FL.

a 2nd flight means that 10 judges looked at everything on the car and It scored 90 to 94.5% out of 100%. That means it's a fairly decent better than average driver.
There will a big NCRS meet next Friday and Saturday in Kissimee/ Old Town. There will be a Corvette auction. May be a few cars for you to look at.

on the GIVEN date it received a 2nd Flight, that is what the 10 NCRS judges scored it - doesn't mean it necessarily still is
