    Underdash Frame color 67

    What color should the underdash frame work be? My 67 is light green under driverside dash. THANKS

      Mine is a green color as well....looks like a primer.

          The green color is zinc chromate primer - the "birdcage" was painted with it after welding, before having the body panels assembled to it. Similar to corrosion-resistant primer used for decades on aluminum airplane parts.
