C2: decoding the engine stamping pad

Can someone decode the first half of the alpha-numeric code on the engine stamping pad for a '65 Roadster, please?

    Many thanks and happy holidays!

A follow up question: the trim tag

      Hi Wayne. I'm a C1 guy; not a C2 guy.

If the build date is 4-8-65, could the trim tag be dated I12 ( I assume April 12)?

      Thanks again.

Certainly, Birthday site says car comleted ...

... April 14th, so I12 (April 12) on a St Louis body trim tag is in line with the engine produced April 8th in Flint, Mich.
