Happy Holliays to all. I own a 1960 FI w/687 that has a few signs of having been raced in it's earlier life. I am looking for information sources. It's possible that it did most of it's racing in the Northeast, but it could have been anywhere. Links, phone numbers, addresses, or other contact info to people/organizations that may have records of sanctioned racers in the early sixties is what I'm looking for. Thanks in advance, G.

Hi George,
When I bought my 1958 in September, I wanted to have someone who really knows about C 1 Corvettes look at my car. I was referred to Loren Lundberg, he is listed in the member profiles. Mr. Lundberg is a historian on these great old sports cars & shared some stories about the early racing days. If he can't help you, i'm sure he can give you some leads to help you find the info you are looking for.

If you have any information at all about your car such as races in which it participated, drivers, owners etc. You can try the research center at Watkins Glen raceway in NY. They maintain a helpful staff however you MUST have some information to begin a search.Comment
