1967 BB water pump pulley

On the orginal 3906656 BB water pump pulley were there any letter's like Z or CV with the number's. Thanks john

Depending upon when the part was manufactured, it may have broadcast code "CV" or it may have no broadcast code stamped, at all. The broadcast code on pullies is mainly a PRODUCTION identification item. During the use of the pulley in PRODUCTION, both PRODUCTION and SERVICE examples usually have a broadcast code stamped on them. After PRODUCTION use of the pulley ends, the broadcast code sometimes "disappears" from pullies manufactured for SERVICE. Most of the time the broadcast code remains since it's on the spec for the part. Once-in-awhile, though, it's deleted. That's how it was for the 3906656 pulley.
