Properly Using Jack Stands on a C2

I used jack stands on my C2 cars before, But this time I have the engine and transmission out of the car. Now that the weight distribution is different, where is the proper location(s) to place the jack stands to secure the chassis correctly and safely?

probably won't hurt to use the old locations if all you've removed is engine and tranny. place them as wide apart as is practical. good luck, mike
