website for discontinued GM parts

anybody know of website for running down discontinued GM parts. need a LT5 coolant outlet pipe part # 14104460. can make it out of stainless but would rather have the aluminum original. thanks, mike

GM #14104460 was discontinued within the last 18 months. I've checked my sources and can't find any of them "out there". That's not surprising; no dealer would stock any parts for an LT-5 engine. If any were ordered and not picked up, they'd "bite the bullet" and return them to the GM warehouse figuring that they'd never sell them.

I believe that some "specialty parts vendors" have bought up the remaining GMSPO inventory of most of the LT-5 parts. Unfortunately, I don't know who these folks are since I don't follow the LT-5 market. You might find them at ZR-1 web-sites, though.
