    C2 sun visors differences 1964

When looking at sunvisors for a mid year, what are the differences in the years? I think coupe and convertibles were different and also 63 was different in some ways.....what are the differences between coupe convertible for the 63-67 timeframe? Materials? the convertible step? stitching?

    Sir:

All 1964-1967 coupes use a rather flat padded visor. All 1963-1967 convertibles plus only 1963 coupes use a padded visor with a zigzag step instead of being flat. Additionally all 1963-1964 use a Seville grain vinyl, while 1965-1967 use a Madrid grain visor. The dielectric pattern of the Seville and Madrid grain differs. After looking at enough cars you can tell the Seville v. Madrid vinyl patterns apart, but I cannot verbalize their actual difference. Its like porn, I know it when I see it, but I cannot define it.
