    T.I. questions

I'm going to have to find and reinstall a T.I. unit on my 67 427/400 a/c car.

Question is, what is the correct part number for the unit and did they come date coded?

Build date on my car (according to the tank sticker) is May 12, 1967.

Also, what other components will I need and any good ideas on where to find them?

      Re: T.I. questions

Log onto WWW.TISPECIALTY.COM for all the pertinent info you need in transistorized ignition in terms of parts, their function and installation. Dave Fiedler is the resident expert for TI. I bought a complete set-up for my 1968 427-435 convertible from him. I was impressed with the high quality of the unit (amp, harness, distributor) and had no trouble installing it following the diagrams on his web site. It's been in my car for over a year and performance is much improved. He'll also help you over the phone if you need it. Check him out!
