Exhaust Manifold ID

Hi Guys. I'm trying to identify a LH exhaust manifold #3749985 (last digit might be a 6). It came off a 65 vette, but I can't find the casting number in the JG or "corvette by the numbers". Can anyone identify the years and application for this part?

I think the number is actually 3749965. This is a 2" outlet, "ram's horn" style manifold used on Corvettes and passenger cars from 1958 through 1963. It would be completely interchangeable with the exhaust manifold used for 1965 250 hp and 300 hp with PG.
