    C2:67 Emblem Paint

Does anyone know where I can get touchup paint for 67 emblems. The black and white are probably pretty easy, but the red-maroon? Is there some standard color numbers and manufacturer for these lacquers.

You'll find an incredible spectrum of red shades in the Revlon nail polish section at your local drugstore

      That ought to be fun!

Bringing to gas door into the nail polish section of the drug store. I'll let you know what tantilizing, vibrant color I pick. I think OPI has a better selection.

        Uhmm, John, how do

YOU know that? We aren't senior members of the National Cross-dressers Restoration Society are we? Any your choice of adjectives? "Incredilbe spectrum"? Whoa dude! What's wrong with a manly phrase like "lots of colors"?

          Gary -

"Lots of colors" usually works great for restorers, but it's hardly descriptive of the number of reds you'll find; you and I would probably only see eight or ten different shades, but women can discriminate between HUNDREDS of them to find just the shade that's "right for me" (which is what keeps Revlon in business)

Now that is a direction we shouldn't be heading!

If I had to guess his color it would be Guard's Red. Did I get the color right John?

I used "Krylon Farm and Implement #1818 Intl. Harvester red" and believe it to be a very close match.
