C2 Front Bumper Bolts?

Members,
I am looking for information about the four bumper bolts that mount the lower braces to the frame cross-member on a '65.

In the AIM, they are referred to as P/N 122253. I believe the size is 7/16 x 14 tpi. I would like to know the length of the bolts and the head markings.

The JG does not provide this info. Only refers to them as bolts.

My old GM parts book says 7/16" x 1" thread is fourteen threads per inch. The bolt goes in from the top and gets a lock washer and nut on the bottom.

I just recently mounted front bumbers on my 65 coupe and the head markings for those bolts are "M", The ones that paragon sent me have circles around the "M" portion, not at all like the originals that I took off the car. Also the black phosphate bolts sent along with the kit are not very dark looking, bad plating, will darken them up with alittle blueing.
