Id a block challange

I was just given a 4 bolt main block I can not id. Can you all help? The casting is 397000. The date appears to be C2 8, however I am not yet positive. The pad is stamped C6Z124931 and V0315TXA. There is also a 21 cast into block next to the block casting number. Two screws and a 3 are also cast in the rear of the block. A daimond shape surrounded by an "N", a "D", and a "T" are also cast in the rear of the block. The following are cast into the timing cover and bell housing: 010, 020, H18, G25, 512, and 532.

I am guessing that this is a 68, 78, 88, or 98 block.

Cylinder case casting number is most likely 3970010. 350 CID unless it has been bored. A ubiquitous small block number.

Everything that came out of Fremont had a slight brownish tinge to the paint as a result of the marijuana fumes
