1967 Sunvisors

I am looking to replace my black sunvisors and was wondering if there is a significant difference between NOS and reproductions.

midyear repo sunvisors difficult to discern from originals while c-1 repo's easy to distinguish from the real mccoys. mike

Thanks Mike. So the $35.00 differnce between Long Island Corvette and Al Knoch is not justified in your opinion?

I can't say for sure about Long Island, but I do know that there ARE differences between some repro sunvisors and the real thing. I attempted to replace my 67 black sunvisors with repros from Corvette America, and they were NOT THE SAME. Dimensions were different is several different ways. See photo. I ended up returning the sunvisors and keeping my originals since they fit better - I just replaced the hardware.

I have heard that the Al Knoch visors are closer to original. Please let us know if you find some that match your originals better. Good luck!!

Tim, I emailed Al Knoch last night and they responded today that there sunvisors are almost exact to the originals and have no problems with the rear view mirror. I'll order from them and let you know.
