    C1: 1961 seat belt hardware

    This is probably known by everyone here but me, but is the seat belt attachment hardware, such as the hambone, painted or unpainted?

      Tony,
      The hambones should be painted since they were installed prior to painting, but the tension bars, obviously, should not be painted since they were not installed until the belts were.
