    Installing Mounting Cushions

    Can anyone tell me of a good safe way to change my body mount cushions while the body is on the frame. I noticed yesterday my #4 was almost gone and others were badly cracked. (I know it's 40 yrs. old) I'd like to do this without taking her apart.This is on a '64 coupe/4 spd/327-300. Many thanks.

      Randy - I think you would at least have to lift the body slightly to correctly install the new mounts, but someone who may have tried it while in may chime in....Craig
